Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients
- cooking oil
- 6 tbsp
- garlic minced
- 12 cloves
- Chinese sausage cut into small pieces

- eggs lightly beaten

- frozen mixed vegetables thawed
- 3 cup
- steamed rice overnight
- 12 cups
- soy sauce
- 3 tbsp
- fish sauce
- 3 tbsp
- oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp
- white pepper ground
- 9 dashes
- salt
- to taste
Method
- 01Heat wok or skillet over high heat. Add oil and sauté garlic until aromatic.
- 02Add Chinese sausage, stir, and cook 1 minute until fat begins to render.
- 03Add beaten eggs and cook, breaking into small pieces with spatula.
- 04Add thawed vegetables and stir well. Add rice and mix thoroughly to combine.
- 05Add soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper, and salt. Stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes over high heat until rice is toasty.
- 06Serve immediately.
