Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients

cooking oil
1 tbsp
garlic minced
2 cloves
Chinese sausage cut into small pieces
1
eggs lightly beaten
1 large
frozen mixed vegetables thawed
1/2 cup
steamed rice overnight
2 cups
soy sauce
1/2 tbsp
fish sauce
1/2 tbsp
oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp
white pepper ground
1 1/2 dashes
salt
to taste

Method

  1. 01Heat wok or skillet over high heat. Add oil and sauté garlic until aromatic.
  2. 02Add Chinese sausage, stir, and cook 1 minute until fat begins to render.
  3. 03Add beaten eggs and cook, breaking into small pieces with spatula.
  4. 04Add thawed vegetables and stir well. Add rice and mix thoroughly to combine.
  5. 05Add soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper, and salt. Stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes over high heat until rice is toasty.
  6. 06Serve immediately.
