Air Fryer Corn Ribs

Ingredients

corn fresh
2 ears
olive oil
1 1/3 tbsp
paprika
2/3 tsp
garlic powder
1 1/3 tsp
liquid smoke
2/3 tsp
salt
to taste

Method

  1. 01Remove husks and silks from corn. Boil in a large pot of water for up to 3 minutes to soften the cob.
  2. 02Run corn under cold water for 45 seconds to cool.
  3. 03Lay corn flat on a cutting board and trim ends. Stand upright and split lengthwise with a sharp knife. Cut halves into quarter lengths.
  4. 04Whisk olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and liquid smoke in a small bowl.
  5. 05Brush corn ribs with seasoned oil or rub with your hands.
  6. 06Arrange ribs in a single layer in air fryer basket.
  7. 07Air fry at high setting for 10-12 minutes until tender with crispy brown edges.
  8. 08Serve hot with lemon or lime wedges.
