Air Fryer Corn Ribs

Ingredients
- corn fresh
- 6 ears
- olive oil
- 4 tbsp
- paprika
- 2 tsp
- garlic powder
- 4 tsp
- liquid smoke
- 2 tsp
- salt
- to taste
Method
- 01Remove husks and silks from corn. Boil in a large pot of water for up to 3 minutes to soften the cob.
- 02Run corn under cold water for 45 seconds to cool.
- 03Lay corn flat on a cutting board and trim ends. Stand upright and split lengthwise with a sharp knife. Cut halves into quarter lengths.
- 04Whisk olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and liquid smoke in a small bowl.
- 05Brush corn ribs with seasoned oil or rub with your hands.
- 06Arrange ribs in a single layer in air fryer basket.
- 07Air fry at high setting for 10-12 minutes until tender with crispy brown edges.
- 08Serve hot with lemon or lime wedges.
