Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
- cauliflower cut into florets, halved
- 3 lb
- olive oil
- 6 tbsp
- fine sea salt to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp
Method
- 01Preheat oven to 400°F.
- 02Toss cauliflower with olive oil in a large bowl, then season with salt and toss again.
- 03Spread cauliflower evenly on a rimmed half-sheet pan in a single layer, cut side down. Do not crowd.
- 04Roast at 400°F for 18 to 20 minutes until golden on the bottom.20 min
- 05Remove from oven and serve warm. Season with additional salt if needed.
