- unsalted buttercut into 4 pieces

- sweet potatoespeeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

Method
- 01Place butter, heavy cream, sweet potatoes, maple syrup, salt, and pepper in a medium saucepan with a tight-fitting lid. Stir to combine.
