- 1/8 cup
- red wine vinegar
- 0.08 cup
- Italian seasoning
- 1/3 tsp
- kosher salt

- black pepper freshly cracked

- garlic powder

Method
- 01Whisk Parmesan, olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until combined.
- 02Toss red-leaf lettuce, Romaine, red onion, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, and pine nuts in a large bowl.
- 03Pour vinaigrette over salad and toss until evenly combined.
