coconut oil melted

tahini

Method

  1. 01Preheat oven to 350°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. 02Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. 03Whisk brown sugar, coconut oil, tahini, water, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
  4. 04Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and fold with a spatula until combined.
  5. 05Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. 06Scoop dough with a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
