Salmon Stir Fry

Ingredients
- salmon fillet cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3/4 lb
- soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp
- green beans trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 5 1/2 oz
- mushrooms sliced
- 1 cups
- garlic crushed
- 1/2 tbsp
- ginger minced
- 1/2 tbsp
- sesame oil
- 1 tsp
- lemon juiced
- 1/4 lemon
- green onion chopped
- 1/8 cup
- sesame seeds
- 1/4 tbsp
Method
- 01Combine salmon with 2 tbsp soy sauce in a bowl and marinate while prepping other ingredients.
- 02Heat 1 tsp sesame oil in a large ceramic nonstick skillet or wok over medium heat. Add salmon, half the garlic, and half the ginger. Cook 8 to 10 minutes until cooked through, stirring occasionally. Transfer to a bowl.10 min
- 03Increase heat to medium-high and add remaining sesame oil. Add green beans, mushrooms, remaining soy sauce, remaining garlic, and remaining ginger. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- 04Return salmon to skillet. Squeeze lemon juice over, top with green onion and sesame seeds. Stir gently and serve.
