Ingredients
- ground turkey
- 0.21 lb
- jalapeño seeds removed
- 1
- garlic
- 1 cloves
- cilantro fresh, chopped
- 0.04 cup
- scallions chopped
- 1
- bread crumbs seasoned, gluten-free
- 0.04 cup
- egg large
- 1
- cumin
- 0.17 tsp
- oregano
- pinch
- salt
- to taste
- pepper fresh
- to taste
- cooking spray
- as needed
Method
- 01Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a baking pan with cooking spray.
- 02Pulse jalapeño, garlic, cilantro, and scallions in a food processor until finely minced.
- 03In a large bowl combine turkey, minced herbs, bread crumbs, egg, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands.
- 04Measure 1/4 cup meat mixture, divide in half, and roll into a ball. Repeat to form 24 meatballs. Place on prepared pan.
