  1. 01Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. 02Pulse jalapeño, garlic, cilantro, and scallions in a food processor until finely minced.
  3. 03In a large bowl combine turkey, minced herbs, bread crumbs, egg, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands.
  4. 04Measure 1/4 cup meat mixture, divide in half, and roll into a ball. Repeat to form 24 meatballs. Place on prepared pan.
  5. 05Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.15 min
