Method
- 01Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- 02Pat turkey breast dry with a kitchen towel.
- 03Mix butter, Cajun seasoning, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme into a paste.
- 04Spread spice mixture under turkey skin, then rub remaining mixture over entire breast.
- 05Place turkey on prepared sheet and roast until internal temperature reaches 165°F.1 hr
