Chili Lime Salmon Bites with Mango Slaw

Method
- 01Season salmon chunks all over with tajin.
- 02Heat avocado oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add salmon in a single layer (work in batches if needed) and cook 2 to 3 minutes until deeply golden. Flip and cook until golden on the other side.5 min
- 03Whisk honey and water together. Pour into skillet and simmer until bubbling, 1 to 2 minutes.
- 04Place cabbage, mango, red onion, and cilantro in a large bowl.
- 05Whisk lime juice and olive oil with a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour over slaw and toss. Let sit 5 minutes and toss again.
- 06Serve salmon bites over mango slaw. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
