paprika

black pepper freshly ground

garlic finely minced

Method

  1. 01Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels. Make a couple of angled cuts at the thickest part of the meat, not through the skin.5 min
  2. 02Combine lemon juice, paprika, black pepper, garlic, parsley, oil, and salt in a bowl. Add drumsticks and coat evenly with marinade.
  3. 03Marinate at least 30 minutes at room temperature, or refrigerate up to 4 hours. Bring to room temperature before cooking if refrigerated.30 min
  4. 04Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking sheet with oil. Arrange drumsticks without touching.
  5. 05Bake 30 to 35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F at the thickest part.33 min
  6. 06Turn broiler on and broil drumsticks 2 to 3 minutes until desired color, watching closely.3 min
