- pomegranate molasses

- Lebanese seven spice

- ground coriander
- 3 tsp

- 3 cup

Method
- 01Heat olive oil in a large heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until onion is translucent, stirring occasionally.5 min
- 02Stir in okra and tomatoes. Cover and cook 7 minutes to release juices.
- 03Add tomato paste, pomegranate molasses, Lebanese seven spice, ground coriander, cilantro, water, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- 04Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally and checking every 10 minutes to prevent sticking.
- 05Taste and adjust salt and pepper. Okra is done when softened. Serve warm.
