- pecorino cheese grated
- 1 1/4 -3 tbsp
- olive oil
- drizzle

Method
- 01Pulse peas, mint, basil, garlic, lemon juice, and pecorino in a food processor until combined.
- 02Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- 03Drizzle with olive oil and top with lemon zest and red pepper flakes.
- 04Serve on grilled crusty bread drizzled with olive oil.
