Thai Chili Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

chicken breast cut into cubes
1 1/2 lb
salt
1/2 tsp
ground black pepper
1/2 tsp
cornstarch
3 tbsp
olive oil
3 tbsp
garlic minced
1 tsp
bell pepper thinly sliced, red and yellow
2
green beans fresh, cut into halves
12 oz
sweet chili sauce
1 cup
crushed red chili flakes
1 tsp
sesame seeds
2 tsp
chives chopped
2 tbsp

Method

  1. 01Combine chicken, salt, pepper, and cornstarch in a bowl. Toss until chicken is coated.
  2. 02Heat 2 tbsp oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 4-5 minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside.5 min
  3. 03Add remaining 1 tbsp oil to the skillet. Cook garlic 1 minute.
  4. 04Add bell peppers and green beans. Saute 6-8 minutes until slightly cooked.
  5. 05Return chicken to skillet with sweet chili sauce. Cook 3-4 minutes until chicken is coated.
  6. 06Add chili flakes and sesame seeds. Toss to combine.
  7. 07Garnish with chives and serve over rice.
