Ingredients
- chicken breastcut into cubes
- 2 1/4 lb2 1/4 lb
- salt

- ground black pepper
- 3/4 tsp
- cornstarch
- 4 1/2 tbsp
- olive oil
- 4 1/2 tbsp
- garlicminced
- 1 1/2 tsp
- bell pepperthinly sliced, red and yellow

- green beansfresh, cut into halves

- sweet chili sauce
- 1 1/2 cup
- crushed red chili flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp
- sesame seeds
- 3 tsp
- chiveschopped
- 3 tbsp

Method
- 01Combine chicken, salt, pepper, and cornstarch in a bowl. Toss until chicken is coated.
- 02Heat 2 tbsp oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 4-5 minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside.5 min
- 03Add remaining 1 tbsp oil to the skillet. Cook garlic 1 minute.
- 04Add bell peppers and green beans. Saute 6-8 minutes until slightly cooked.
- 05Return chicken to skillet with sweet chili sauce. Cook 3-4 minutes until chicken is coated.
- 06Add chili flakes and sesame seeds. Toss to combine.
- 07Garnish with chives and serve over rice.
