Shrimp with Broccoli

- orange juice
- 1/2 cup
- orange zest

- ginger minced
- 1 1/2 tsp
- garlic minced
- 1 1/2 tsp
- maple syrup
- 1 tsp
- sesame oil
- 1 tsp
- tamari
- 1/8 cup
- red pepper flakes to taste

- cornstarch
- 1 tbsp
- shrimp raw thawed peeled deveined
- 10-12 oz
- broccoli cut into small florets
- 4 cups
- red onion thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup
- oil
- as needed
Method
- 01Whisk orange juice, orange zest, 1 tbsp ginger, 2 cloves garlic, maple syrup, sesame oil, tamari, red pepper flakes, and cornstarch.
- 02Lightly salt shrimp. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp with 1 tsp ginger and 1/2 tsp garlic. Cook 30 seconds per side, remove and set aside.
- 03Add broccoli to pan with more oil if needed, stir fry 5 minutes. Add red onion and sauté 3 minutes. Add sauce and stir 1 minute until bubbling. Add shrimp and stir 1 minute until done.
- 04Remove from heat and serve.
