Method
- 01Heat air fryer to 400°F.
- 02In a large bowl, toss chicken, bell peppers, onion, and olive oil until coated.
- 03Add sugar, salt, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne. Mix until evenly seasoned.
- 04Spread mixture in a single layer on air fryer tray or basket. Do not overlap.
- 05Cook 5 minutes at 400°F.5 min
- 06Toss and separate chicken pieces with tongs. Rotate trays if using oven-style fryer.
- 07Cook 3 to 5 more minutes until chicken is cooked through and peppers are softened.
- 08Squeeze lime juice over fajitas before serving.
