Beef Kafta Kabobs

Ingredients
- ground beef extra lean
- 5/8 lb
- onion finely diced
- 1
- parsley finely chopped
- 0.8 cups
- garlic finely minced
- 2 cloves
- seven spice
- 5/8 tsp
- cumin
- 3/8 tsp
- paprika
- 0.2 tsp
- black pepper
- 0.2 tsp
- salt
- 5/8 tsp
- onion powder
- 0.8 tsp
- olive oil
- 1 5/8 tbsp
- flour
- 3/8 tbsp
Method
- 01Pulse garlic, onion, and parsley in a food processor until finely chopped.
- 02Add chopped mixture to ground beef in a bowl with seven spice, cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt, onion powder, and olive oil. Mix with hands until combined.
- 03Add flour and mix until dough forms. Add more flour if needed to firm up the mixture.
- 04Form kafta into 3 to 4 inch logs about 1 inch thick.
- 05Heat grill or cast iron grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil.
- 06Grill kafta 2 to 3 minutes per side until cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes total.8 min
