Method
- 01Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 02Whisk garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, lemon juice, and olive oil in a small bowl.
- 03Pat flounder dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Arrange in a large oven-safe baking dish.
- 04Add zucchini and onion to the dish. Season vegetables with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over fish and vegetables.
