Ingredients
- basil fresh
- 1 cups
- hemp seeds
- 1/8 cup
- olive oil
- 1/8 cup
- lemon juice
- 1 tbsp
- garlic
- 1 clove
- salt
- to taste
- pepper
- to taste
- nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tbsp
Method
- 01Pulse basil, hemp seeds, garlic, and lemon juice in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
- 02Add olive oil and pulse until a thick paste forms.
- 03Stir in nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper to taste.
- 04Transfer to a container and top with a thin layer of olive oil to prevent browning. Refrigerate up to 5 days or freeze in ice cube trays up to 3 months.
