Ingredients

salmon fillets
12 fillets
dijon mustard
4 1/2 tbsp
honey
6 tsp
lemon juice
4 1/2 tsp
salt
3/4 tsp
black pepper
3/8 tsp
pistachios finely chopped
0.99 cup
olive oil
3 tbsp

Method

  1. 01Whisk mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, pepper in a small bowl.
  2. 02Finely chop pistachios and spread on a shallow plate.
  3. 03Brush mustard mixture on salmon flesh, then dip into pistachios to coat.
  4. 04Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. 05Place salmon skin side up, cook 1 minute.
