Ingredients

rolled oats

water filtered
12 cup
vanilla extract
3 tsp
salt
pinch
cashew milk
3 cup
plant-based protein powder
12 tbsp
hemp hearts
to taste
pomegranate arils
to taste
walnuts
to taste
bee pollen
to taste

Method

  1. 01In a medium pot, combine oats, water, vanilla, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and cook 3 minutes.
  2. 02While oats cook, warm cashew milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk in protein powder until dissolved, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.
  3. 03Stir milk mixture into cooked oats and cook 2 minutes more.
  4. 04Divide oatmeal between bowls and top with hemp hearts, pomegranate arils, walnuts, and bee pollen.
