Protein Oatmeal

Ingredients
- rolled oats
- 8 cup
- water filtered
- 8 cup
- vanilla extract
- 2 tsp
- salt
- pinch
- cashew milk
- 2 cup
- plant-based protein powder
- 8 tbsp
- hemp hearts
- to taste
- pomegranate arils
- to taste
- walnuts
- to taste
- bee pollen
- to taste
Method
- 01In a medium pot, combine oats, water, vanilla, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and cook 3 minutes.
- 02While oats cook, warm cashew milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk in protein powder until dissolved, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.
- 03Stir milk mixture into cooked oats and cook 2 minutes more.
- 04Divide oatmeal between bowls and top with hemp hearts, pomegranate arils, walnuts, and bee pollen.
