Avocado Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
- eggs large
- 3 large
- avocado ripe, peeled, pitted
- 1/2 medium
- lime juice freshly squeezed
- 3/4 tbsp
- cilantro finely chopped
- 1 tbsp
- garlic powder
- 3/8 tsp
- salt
- 1/8 tsp
- black pepper
- to taste
- smoked paprika
- for serving
Method
- 01Place eggs in a pot, cover with cool water by 1 inch, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.5 min
- 02Cover pot, remove from heat, and let sit 12 minutes.12 min
- 03Transfer eggs to a colander under cool running water or ice bath to stop cooking.
- 04Split cooled eggs in half lengthwise and scoop yolks into a mixing bowl.
- 05Mash yolks with avocado, lime juice, cilantro, garlic powder, and salt until smooth. Add more lime juice if dry. Season with pepper.
- 06Spoon or pipe avocado mixture into egg whites. Garnish with cilantro and smoked paprika.
