Method
- 01Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.5 min
- 02Add oats, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix well, reduce heat to a simmer, cover with lid leaving a small opening for steam.
- 03Cook 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking.7 min
- 04Remove from heat, cover fully, and let sit 5-10 minutes.8 min
- 05Stir in plant-based milk and sweetener to taste.
