Ingredients

almond butter
1/2 cup
dried apple chips
1 oz
ground flaxseed
1 tbsp
vanilla protein powder
1/2 scoop
maple syrup
1 tbsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
sea salt
1/4 tsp
water
as needed

Method

  1. 01Pulse apple chips in a food processor until flour-like. Reserve 2 tbsp of the apple powder.
  2. 02Mix almond butter, flaxseed, protein powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Add water until dough forms into balls when rolled.
  3. 03Roll dough into bite-sized balls, about 18 total. Roll lightly in reserved apple powder to coat.
  4. 04Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week, or freezer up to 3 months.
