Ingredients

cauliflower cut into small florets
1 1/2 medium head
half and half cream
3/8 cup
kosher salt
3/8 tsp
black pepper fresh cracked
to taste
nutmeg
1/8 pinch
light Havarti cheese shredded
3 oz
bread crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp
baking spray
as needed

Method

  1. 01Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. 02Place cauliflower florets in a 9 x 9 baking dish.
  3. 03Whisk half and half, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour over cauliflower.
  4. 04Cover with foil and bake until tender, about 40 minutes.40 min
