Ingredients
- ahi tuna sushi-grade, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 1 1/2 lb
- soy sauce
- 3/8 cup
- rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp
- sesame oil
- 2 1/4 tsp
- red pepper flakes crushed
- 1 1/8 tsp
- green onions thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup
- sesame seeds
- 3/4 tsp
- brown rice cooked
- 3 cups
- salad greens
- 3 cups
Method
- 01Wash rice under running water and cook according to package instructions.
- 02Combine ahi tuna, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, green onions, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
- 03Divide cooked rice and salad greens among bowls. Top with marinated tuna and serve immediately or refrigerate covered up to 2 hours.
