Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl

Ingredients

ahi tuna sushi-grade, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
2 lb
soy sauce
1/2 cup
rice vinegar
2 tsp
sesame oil
3 tsp
red pepper flakes crushed
1 1/2 tsp
green onions thinly sliced
2/3 cup
sesame seeds
1 tsp
brown rice cooked
4 cups
salad greens
4 cups

Method

  1. 01Wash rice under running water and cook according to package instructions.
  2. 02Combine ahi tuna, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, green onions, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
  3. 03Divide cooked rice and salad greens among bowls. Top with marinated tuna and serve immediately or refrigerate covered up to 2 hours.
