- vanilla protein powder
- 2 scoop
- cinnamon
- 2 tsp
- baking powder
- 1/2 tsp
- kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp
- liquid egg whites
- 10 tbsp
- maple syrup
- 2 tbsp
- Greek yogurt low-fat
- 1 cup
- apple diced
- 1 medium
- coconut oil
- for pan
Method
- 01Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush muffin cups with coconut oil or spray with cooking spray.
- 02Combine oats, protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- 03Add egg whites, maple syrup, Greek yogurt, and apples. Mix until combined.
- 04Divide batter evenly among 12 muffin cups.
