Ingredients

rolled oats
1/3 cup
vanilla protein powder
1/3 scoop
cinnamon
1/3 tsp
baking powder
0.08 tsp
kosher salt
0.08 tsp
liquid egg whites
1/8 tbsp
maple syrup
1/3 tbsp
Greek yogurt low-fat
0.17 cup
apple diced
0.17 medium
coconut oil
for pan

Method

  1. 01Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush muffin cups with coconut oil or spray with cooking spray.
  2. 02Combine oats, protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. 03Add egg whites, maple syrup, Greek yogurt, and apples. Mix until combined.
  4. 04Divide batter evenly among 12 muffin cups.
