- dry breadcrumbs

Method
- 01Pat fish fillets dry with paper towels.
- 02Drizzle fillets with oil and rub to coat evenly.
- 03Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, chili powder, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a shallow dish.
- 04Press each fillet into the breadcrumb mixture to coat on all sides. Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
