Ingredients

chicken breast boneless, skinless
3/4 lb
Italian seasoning
1 tsp
paprika
1/4 tsp
red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp
garlic minced
3 cloves
lemon zested and juiced

olive oil
0.17 cup
kosher salt to taste
to taste
Italian parsley chopped
1/8 cup

Method

  1. 01Place one chicken breast in a zip-top bag, push out air, seal. Pound with a kitchen mallet until evenly flattened to 1/2 inch. Repeat with remaining breasts.5 min
  2. 02Combine Italian seasoning, paprika, red pepper flakes, garlic, lemon zest and juice in a bowl. Whisk in olive oil.
  3. 03Season chicken well with salt. Add to marinade and toss to coat. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  4. 04Oil grill grates and preheat to medium. Arrange chicken in a single layer. Grill 2 to 3 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 155°F to 160°F.6 min
  5. 05Transfer to a plate and tent loosely with foil. Rest until internal temperature reaches 165°F, about 5 minutes.5 min
  6. 06Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
