Grilled Chicken Breast

Ingredients
- chicken breast boneless, skinless
- 2 1/4 lb
- Italian seasoning
- 3 tsp
- paprika
- 3/4 tsp
- red pepper flakes
- 3/4 tsp
- garlic minced
- 8 cloves
- lemon zested and juiced
- 3
- olive oil
- 1/2 cup
- kosher salt to taste

- Italian parsley chopped
- 3/8 cup
Method
- 01Place one chicken breast in a zip-top bag, push out air, seal. Pound with a kitchen mallet until evenly flattened to 1/2 inch. Repeat with remaining breasts.5 min
- 02Combine Italian seasoning, paprika, red pepper flakes, garlic, lemon zest and juice in a bowl. Whisk in olive oil.
- 03Season chicken well with salt. Add to marinade and toss to coat. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- 04Oil grill grates and preheat to medium. Arrange chicken in a single layer. Grill 2 to 3 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 155°F to 160°F.6 min
- 05Transfer to a plate and tent loosely with foil. Rest until internal temperature reaches 165°F, about 5 minutes.5 min
- 06Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
