Brussels sprouts trimmed, halved or quartered
2 lb
pecans chopped
1/2 cup
olive oil
2 tbsp
salt
to taste
black pepper freshly ground
to taste
Gorgonzola cheese crumbled

Method

  2. 02Brush a roasting pan with olive oil.
  3. 03Toss Brussels sprouts and pecans with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
