Brussels Sprouts with Pecans and Gorgonzola

Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts trimmed, halved or quartered
- 2 lb
- pecans chopped
- 1/2 cup
- olive oil
- 2 tbsp
- salt
- to taste
- black pepper freshly ground
- to taste
- Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
- 1/2 cup
Method
- 01Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 02Brush a roasting pan with olive oil.
- 03Toss Brussels sprouts and pecans with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
