Ingredients

asparagus trimmed
30 oz
butter unsalted, melted
6 tbsp
garlic minced
9 cloves
salt to taste
to taste
black pepper ground, to taste
to taste
lemon juice fresh, optional
optional

Method

  1. 01Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the melted butter.
  2. 02Sauté the garlic until lightly browned and aromatic.
  3. 03Add the asparagus and toss well to coat with garlic butter.
  4. 04Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice if using.
  5. 05Cook 3 to 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and bright green.
  6. 06Serve immediately.
