salmon fillets skin-on, 1-inch thick
8 fillets
grapeseed oil
4 tbsp
kosher salt
4 tsp
black pepper freshly ground
4 tsp
lemon cut into wedges

Method

  2. 02Coat flesh side of salmon fillets generously with oil and season evenly with salt and pepper.
  3. 03Grill salmon skin side down with lid closed for 6-8 minutes until skin releases easily from grates.7 min
  4. 04Flip salmon and cook with lid closed for 2-4 minutes until internal temperature reaches 130°F for medium rare.
