Ingredients

all-purpose flour
3 cup
baking powder
6 tsp
cottage cheese
3 3/4 cup
egg beaten
3 egg
everything bagel seasoning
to taste

Method

  1. 01Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 02Whisk flour and baking powder together in a large bowl.
  3. 03Add cottage cheese and mix with a fork until small crumbles form.
  4. 04Switch to your hands and continue mixing until dough forms a smooth, slightly sticky ball resembling fresh pizza dough.
  5. 05Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and knead a few times until no longer sticky, adding flour as needed.
  6. 06Divide dough into four equal portions. Shape each into a ball, then press your thumb through the center to form a bagel shape. Place on parchment paper.
  7. 07Brush top and bottom of each bagel with egg wash and dip both sides into seasoning. Place on prepared baking sheet.
