Method
- 01Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Set aside.
- 02Beat butter and granulated sugar with an electric mixer until combined, about 2 minutes.
- 03Add eggs one at a time, beating until smooth.
- 04Add ricotta, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Beat to combine.
- 05Mix in dry ingredients.
- 06Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Spoon dough onto sheets.
- 07Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes until slightly golden at edges.18 min

- 09Combine powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a small bowl. Stir until smooth.
