Ingredients

quick oats
1/3 cup
almond flour
1/3 cup
vanilla whey protein powder
2/3 scoop
unsweetened almond milk
1/8 cup
maple syrup
2/3 tbsp
almond butter room temperature
2/3 tbsp
birthday sprinkles
1/3 tbsp

Method

  1. 01In a large bowl, mix oats, almond flour, and protein powder with a spatula.
  2. 02Add almond milk and maple syrup, stir until thick.
  3. 03Add almond butter and mix until evenly distributed.
  4. 04Fold in sprinkles.
  5. 05Using a small cookie scoop, scoop mixture and roll into balls.
  6. 06Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week, or freeze on a parchment-lined sheet for 30 minutes, then transfer to a freezer bag for up to 3 months.
