Birthday Cake Protein Balls

Ingredients
- quick oats
- 1/3 cup
- almond flour
- 1/3 cup
- vanilla whey protein powder
- 2/3 scoop
- unsweetened almond milk
- 1/8 cup
- maple syrup
- 2/3 tbsp
- almond butter room temperature
- 2/3 tbsp
- birthday sprinkles
- 1/3 tbsp
Method
- 01In a large bowl, mix oats, almond flour, and protein powder with a spatula.
- 02Add almond milk and maple syrup, stir until thick.
- 03Add almond butter and mix until evenly distributed.
- 04Fold in sprinkles.
- 05Using a small cookie scoop, scoop mixture and roll into balls.
- 06Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week, or freeze on a parchment-lined sheet for 30 minutes, then transfer to a freezer bag for up to 3 months.
