- 200 g
- coconut oil
- 1 tbsp
- garlic crushed or minced
- 4 cloves
- green onion finely chopped

- soy sauce

- sambal oelek

- rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp
- sesame oil
- 1 tsp

Method
- 01Cook ramen noodles as instructed on the packet.5 min
- 02Heat coconut oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Add garlic and green onion, cook 3-4 minutes.
- 03Add soy sauce, sambal oelek, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir and cook until sauce thickens.
- 04Transfer drained noodles to the pan and cook 2 minutes until sauce coats the noodles.
- 05Serve topped with green onion, toasted sesame seeds, and ginger chili oil.
