Ingredients

ramen noodles
800 g
coconut oil
4 tbsp
garlic crushed or minced
16 cloves
green onion finely chopped
4 cup
soy sauce
8 tbsp
sambal oelek
8 tbsp
rice wine vinegar
4 tbsp
sesame oil
4 tsp
green onion
for serving
sesame seeds toasted
for serving
ginger chili oil
for serving

Method

  1. 01Cook ramen noodles as instructed on the packet.5 min
  2. 02Heat coconut oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Add garlic and green onion, cook 3-4 minutes.
  3. 03Add soy sauce, sambal oelek, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir and cook until sauce thickens.
  4. 04Transfer drained noodles to the pan and cook 2 minutes until sauce coats the noodles.
  5. 05Serve topped with green onion, toasted sesame seeds, and ginger chili oil.
