Ingredients

cod fillets boneless, cut into equal size and thickness
2 lb
olive oil
2 tbsp
salt to taste

black pepper to taste

garlic powder to taste
to taste
paprika to taste

lemon wedges

fresh parsley

Method

  1. 01Let cod sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.20 min
  2. 02Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  3. 03Pat cod dry with paper towel and coat all sides with olive oil.
  4. 04Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, starting with the darker side facing up.
  5. 05Transfer fillets to air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch.
  6. 06Air fry until thickest part reaches 145°F, about 5 to 7 minutes for 1-inch pieces or 2 to 3 minutes for 1/2-inch pieces.
  7. 07Transfer fillets to serving platter and garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
