almond milk

apples diced
3 cup
pecans chopped
3/4 cup
maple syrup

olive oil

ground ginger

ground nutmeg

Method

  1. 01Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
  2. 02Combine oats, almond milk, apples, pecans, maple syrup, olive oil, egg, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Stir until combined.
  3. 03Pour batter into prepared dish.
