- rolled oats old fashioned
- 2 cup
- almond milk
- 1 1/2 cup
- apples diced
- 1 cup
- pecans chopped
- 1/4 cup
- maple syrup
- 2 tbsp
- olive oil
- 1 tbsp
- egg beaten
- 1
- ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp
- ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp
- ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp
Method
- 01Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
- 02Combine oats, almond milk, apples, pecans, maple syrup, olive oil, egg, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Stir until combined.
- 03Pour batter into prepared dish.
