Method
- 01Preheat oven to 400°F and move rack to top third.
- 02Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- 03Whisk cream, broth, wine, tomato paste, cornstarch, oregano, and minced garlic until smooth.
- 04Pour sauce around chicken.
