Method
- 01Whisk chicken broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, and sriracha. Set aside.
- 02Heat a large heavy-duty pan on high heat. Add oil, garlic, and ginger, sauté 30 seconds until beginning to brown.
- 03Add chicken and cook 5 to 7 minutes until browned and cooked through.6 min
- 04Add broccoli and mushrooms, stir 2 minutes until broccoli begins to soften.
- 05Pour sauce into pan and simmer 2 minutes until thickened.
